Made these today and was short on raisins, so added dried cranberries half & half with raisins, also an extra egg as the batter was a bit dry. They are yummy, especially liked the tartness of the cranberries mixed with the sweetness of the chips. I used a gluten-free flour mix to replace the flour, could be why it was a bit dry. Thanks for the recipe.
